By accessing nvwastore.online and placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and exclude any local import duties. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced or out of stock.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal and its card services. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel before your order is dispatched by emailing nwastore@outlook.com. Once dispatched, our Refund & Returns Policy applies (30-day return window).

4. Product descriptions and handmade tolerance

We describe items as accurately as possible. As many pieces are handmade, small variations in size, finish, colour and stone pattern (typically within ±5% of stated dimensions) are normal and are not defects. Product photos are illustrative; screen settings may slightly affect colour.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and designs — is owned by NüWA STUDIO and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Our jewellery is decorative and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at NüWA STUDIO’s registered place of business. Consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes are subject to the competent courts at our registered place of business; where local law grants you a right to a local forum, that right is preserved.
